Meet Dominick Dilillo
What started out as an after school job turned into a life’s passion my bakery career started when I was 11 years old. I Spent my days after school cleaning pans and scraping floors.
As the years went by I was working my way up the bakery ladder learning to use a rolling pin, or hold a pastry bag. With a knowing by the age of 14 that I wanted to own a bakery.
